Help with the app
Tell us what happened, your iPhone model, and the app version if you know it. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, payment details, or private conversation transcripts.
Delete your account or request your data
Use Delete Account in the app’s Account screen, or email us from the address associated with your account. If you use Apple Hide My Email, mention that so we can arrange a suitable ownership check. You can also email us to request access, correction, or a copy of your personal information.
Manage an Apple subscription
On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Nerve. Canceling a subscription and deleting a Nerve account are separate actions. For App Store refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
